Jacqueline Bobo
Director of Human Resources and Operations

Jacqueline has maintained an active nursing licensure since 2004, which she used to provide nursing services within the Developmental Disability Waiver in New Mexico which included oversight, direction, and development.

While still providing nursing services Jaqueline built and sustained a Human Resources Department which included operations for a residential service provider supporting adults with developmental disabilities. Through this experience she gained skills and knowledge on the creation and direction over a training department, all employment practices from on-boarding through separations, policy creation, revisions, implementation, and contractual payments. She also has vast experience collaborating with third parties such as Workers Compensation, Department of Workforce Solutions, etc. In 2015 she was contracted to develop and implement all required NMAC regulations for the opening and satisfactory completion of the initial state survey for a residential living facility.

In 2018 Jacqueline implemented her knowledge, skills and experience to cofound Heartwell Services and be Director of the Human Resources and Operations department.
